1)What about payment terms？

T/T, L/C at sight etc.
2)Is it possible to know how is my product going on without visiting your company?

We will offer you a detailed products schedule and send weekly reports with digital pictures OR videos which show the producing progress.
3)What is your MOQ?

Even 1 bag( 1roll,1box,1carton) is available, but the logistics cost is high shared by each bag.
4)How about your lead time?

Usually it takes 10days after confirming deposit received, if quantity is big, negotiate further.
5)Can I get discount?

According to customers' order quantity,we will give a reasonable discount.
6)Can we get free samples?

Yes. All of our samples are free. We hope you can afford express cost.
7)Are you a factory or trading company?

We are a factory for cleanroom wiper, cleanroom wipe and lint free wipe,wipes for electronics,industrial,household,beauty etc.Six advanced production lines,occupied 6000 square meter.
8)Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?

Our factory is located in Suzhou City,Jiangsu Province, China, 40 minutes by train from Shanghai railway station .All our clients, from home or abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us!
